About Seth
Seth Willyard is the owner and founder of Blue River Realty LLC, a land development company established in 2019 that focuses on rural and recreational properties in southeastern Oklahoma. With over 380 properties listed and multiple large-scale developments completed across the Kiamichi Mountains, Blue River Realty has become one of the region's most active land companies.
A Lifelong Connection to the Land
Seth's connection to southeastern Oklahoma goes back to his childhood in the late 1990s, when his family built an off-grid cabin in the foothills of the Kiamichi Mountains. That early experience gave him a lasting appreciation for the land, the people, and the unique lifestyle that this region offers. It's the same appreciation he brings to every property he develops today.
Education & Professional Background
Seth is an Eagle Scout and graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a degree in finance. Before founding Blue River Realty, he built his career in management consulting, where he developed the analytical rigor and strategic thinking he now applies to land development and helping buyers navigate the purchase process.
