Our family’s life adventure changed dramatically the day we stepped foot on the Kiamichi Mountains in Seth’s Cedar Creek Ranch property. I could not believe that we were only 3 hours from our home in Dallas and actually standing on the side of a gorgeous mountain. The views of the mountains as the early morning light filters through the trees or during dramatic sunsets are breathtaking. Purchasing the property was quick and seamless, and Seth demonstrated great integrity and responded to any questions we had immediately. As soon as we closed, he introduced us to an amazing dozer operator who created the perfect driveway and pad for our home. We were so thrilled with our purchase that we brought friends up within days and they also purchased mountain land from Seth. They have had the same positive experience. We are beyond excited to build our first mountain home near the lovely community of Talihina.
